Eligibility and access
This application is a private, referral-based service for adults. Access is personal, may not be transferred, and may be suspended when needed to protect clients, the practice, or the application.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and for providing accurate information. Notify the practice promptly if you believe your account or secure sign-in link has been compromised.
Coaching services
Purchased coaching services are governed by the Private Coaching Agreement, informed consent, and liability waiver accepted during enrollment. If these Terms conflict with an accepted coaching document, the accepted coaching document controls for that service.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected materials for redistribution, submit unlawful content, or use another person's account.
Training information
The application supports personal training and performance education. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, emergency services, or a guarantee of results. Follow clearance requirements and seek appropriate medical care when needed.
Availability and changes
The practice may maintain, improve, or discontinue application features. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a new effective date and communicated when appropriate.
