Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, payment status, portrait and profile information, training goals and history, health and readiness information you submit, program and session records, check-ins, messages, form videos, device and browser information, and records needed to document consent and application security.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate your account, determine eligibility, provide and adjust private coaching, review safety and training signals, process payment, communicate with you, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain an accurate coaching record.
Service providers
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to providers that operate authentication, database, private file storage, hosting, application delivery, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own legally required payment terms. We do not sell personal information or use health and training information for targeted advertising.
Private health and training information
Health history, readiness responses, training records, and submitted media are restricted to the client, the assigned coach, and service providers needed to operate the application. This practice is not a health-care provider and does not represent that its records are governed by HIPAA.
Retention and security
We retain information for the coaching relationship, legal and financial recordkeeping, safety review, dispute resolution, and other legitimate operational needs. We use access controls, private storage, encrypted transport, server-side authorization, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of profile information through the application or by contacting us. You may also request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, safety, payment, or dispute purposes. The service does not use cross-site behavioral advertising and does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Changes
Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated in the application when appropriate. Continued use will not substitute for a new acceptance when law or the nature of a change requires affirmative consent.
